If you decide you don't like what you've bought from us, please contact us at hello@simplyhomeuk.com within 14 days of your order being delivered and we'll arrange to collect it from you. All returns are subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

How Long Is Delivery?

Is There A Delivery Charge?

Delivery information and prices for each product can be found on each product page. Prices vary from Free Delivery, up to £30 for the largest of our range.

When Do I Get A Delivery Date? 

Once you have confirmed your order and received an order confirmation email, our in house logistics team will contact you within 48 hours or less with a delivery date. This date, along with any delivery information you will need to know is sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order. 

You will also receive an SMS message with the delivery date and a prompt to refer to your email for further information.

Do I Get A Time Slot For Delivery?

Yes. The evening before your delivery you will get a text message with a 3 hour window for your delivery. The drivers will also keep in touch with you on the day so that you know what's happening with your order.

Can I Speak to Someone on the Phone?

Do Products Come with a Warranty?
